M.U.S.I.C. World HQ is a Lorain, Ohio nonprofit which uses computer basics, computer music, Internet, audio/video production, and a global youth newsletter to attract inner city youth and adults to learning computer and communications skills. Many of our workshop participants are unable to fully explore the benefits of their newly acquired knowledge and skills because they come from an economic background which doesn't allow them the luxury of owning their very own personal computer. Owning a computer, even though it might not be the latest technology, would greatly enhance the learning curve of these students by allowing them to practice skills learned in the classroom on a continual basis at home. You may be able to make this dream come true for many of these students if you, your organization, or your company have computers, peripherals, software, or usable computer parts which you are currently not using that can be donated to this worthy cause. Our technicians may very well be able to turn your tax-deductible trash into someone else's treasure. Your old computer hardware and software may be just the incentive to someone less fortunate to invest their time in learning computer skills which in turn may change their lifestyle completely. Won't you contact us today to find out how you can make a difference!
